1. How to get the quote ?

More information will be very helpful for us to work out the accurate price with freight cost for you . For example , if you want to print a catalog , please provide the size , pages , stock and quantity you need . If you are not sure about the paper we can recommend suitable paper for you .

2. Can I get a sample before bulk production?

Yes. The normal produce progress is that we will make a pre-production sample for your quality evaluation, the mass production will be started after we receive your confirmation on this sample.

4. Are You Manufactory or Trade Company?

We are the 100% Manufactory specialized in printing & packaging over 15 years with 10,000 square meters workshop area. We have an excellent team composed of 150 professionals and more than 400 skilled workers.

           

5. How to place an order and how the process is ?

If you are happy with our quote and ready to print the project , you can please send us the artwork / file and pay deposit .  A free sample can be provided for approval . When you say yes , we go ahead with bulk printing . When the project finished and approved , you pay balance . We can arrange the delivery for you or you use your own forwarder .

6. How about the quality of product ?

Our company have certficate of GMP/GMPC/SGS .We also have a team of QC to control and inspect every lots of product is in perfect condition before delivery . Because we fully understand that it will be a great trouble if our products have any problems during selling at oversea..

7. What format of artwork will be fine for printing ?

PDF Format will be fine because it’s locked file and can be printed out without any change . But we can also work using CDR or AI format . Artwork with 3mm or 5mm bleed will be very helpful . So that we have enough extra area for cutting and the contents will not be cut off .

8. How to send artwork / printing file

Email - For small files you can please send through email : sales@yesbookprinting.com  . 
Website - 
https://www.wetransfer.com or http://www.dropbox.com. Large files can be uploaded to WeTransfer . They will send us a link after your uploading and we download the files from the link .
CD / USB - You can also just give us the CD or USB if you plan to come to visit us . It would be great for face to face communication . Or it can be sent by express or post if necessary .
FTP : If you have your own FTP ,we can download it there .

9. How to pay ?

1. Choose the items you like and confirm the order. A PI would be sent for your down payment . 50% deposit paid for immediate production.
2. Upon receipt of your deposit, would arrange production asap.
3. Once production finished, would send photos for your confirmation and if everything okay, pay us the balance.

4. Once receive your balance, would arrange shipment for you immediately.

5. As soon as shipment is made, would update the shipping information for you and send you the shipping documents accordingly.
6. When you receive your goods, would follow up for any feedback or any further help needed for the products.

10. How long is the production time ?

Normally 7 to 15 working days . This will be based on your request and quantity . We can give our valued clients first priority if their project is very very urgent .

11. How about the delivery ?

For goods less than 100KG we suggest deliver by express (DHL , FedEx , UPS or TNT) to your office , warehouse or home . If the goods is between 100 and 200KG we suggest by air to airport close to you . If it’s heavy and more than 200KG we deliver them by sea to the sea port close to you . We can also provide combined delivery (by air and by sea or other terms based on situation ) if necessary .

12. How to get my goods ?

By express - Door to Door . About 3 to 5 days to reach you . 
By air - You can take the shipping documents(Bill of Lading , Packing List and Invoice) to the airport to pick up the goods . Normally 7 days . 
By sea - All the related shipping documents will be sent to you for customs clearance and pick up . Normally 10 days to 60 days based on different countries / area . For example , to Japan about 10 days , to Australia about 18 days , to America / Canada about one month and to Africa about two months .

13. What’s 100% return policy?

We stand behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us,

simply contact us within 45 days from the shipping date you receive it and we will refund the full price of the product(s)

in question, excluding shipping and processing costs. Indeed, we take great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond

our control and are not covered by the guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

1 Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.

2 Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded printing files.

3 Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.

4 Damage to the printing products arising after delivery to the customer.
